Estudiantes de La Plata host Deportivo Cuenca in La Plata tonight. The match is live. Verón is on fire. He refused to be taken off at the weekend while his club’s match against Lanús was 0-0 and he scored the match winning goal. Here’s my preview of the match.
The matches at this stage of the competition are played at the same time in the name of fairness. There are, as always in South America, a few exceptions later this week.
However, Danubio FC host Club Atlético Lanús. This match will be tape delay on Fox Sports Español @ 7pm. This group is all sewn up by the time this match airs but still, footy fans should watch both. Check out my preview for this one to see what’s on the line.
